Riziko" is Greek for good roots, and is a traditional
blessing for those buying or building a new home. We hope that
you will want to come and stay at our beautiful house and make
it your “home away”. Maybe like us, you will end up owning
your own stone built house and put down good roots in the Mani
(visit this site
for details of real estate deals in the
area).
This
house is available for rent throughout the year (see the
availability page for details). In June, July, August and
September we ask for £630 (€935) per week. Outside the main
season we ask for just £490 (€735) per week.
We want
to encourage people to stay and get to know the area, so if you
choose to stay for a third week, we would only charge half the
weekly rent for your third week.
This
price includes the welcome pack and use of all facilities and
linen. Maid service during your stay is additional but can be
arranged.
